I didn’t know Austin before our photo session. His mom told me he loves his guitar, a bass, and golf. I looked all over Seattle for a wall of graffiti to use in the photographs. Seems that most of the graffiti has been cleaned up or it is hard to find. I discovered a beautiful 160 foot wall in the south part at the north end of Boeing field. Several artists contributed to painting the wall and it is up with permission, so it will stay. There is just something about a wall of graffiti and a guitar that goes together.
It was a foggy morning and we were on the shady side of the building. The sun reflected off of a nearby building and lit the wall up perfectly. It had rained so I had beautiful reflecting “ponds” (puddles) reflecting the wall as well. Austin and his guitar looked great in front of the wall. When I asked Austin to pet the deer on the wall–he was a good sport and did. When I asked Austin to pet the deer on the wall–he was a good sport and did.
I love doing Senior Sessions–there is something so fresh and promising about young adults finishing their schooling and considering their future. It is a milestone in their lives and I feel so privileged to be apart of that.
Thanks for stopping by.
